| A press knife like the ones I rourinely ruined during my month at a press knife factory in Leicestershire. Even a skilled sharpener couldn't do more than about three of these a day. It was typical of the clueless production managers found in many factories then (and probably now) that I was put on this job straight away under an unwilling and incapable instructor. |
