ONLINE MUSEUM: The Eel's Foot at Eastbridge, early 1970s
Eel's Foot, Eastbridge
This photo, kindly contributed by Nick Dean, is of an Adnam's pub called the Eel's Foot at Eastbridge, Suffolk. Nick explains that it was frequented by those who, in the early '70s, visited the school's hostel (abandoned several years later) on farmland owned, he thinks, by biology master Eric Crofts' brother.

Webmaster's note: The Eel's Foot is in fact one of several wonderful pubs in East Anglia which help keep traditional English music alive.
