Musk mallow / Hocysen fwsg, Glyf mwsgaidd / Malva maschata

Easily distinguished from common mallow by the deeply cut leaves and broad petals, this plant is not very common and usually seems to grow by roadsides.  That's exactly where I found this specimen, near Deri in Caephilly County Borough.  It has very many Welsh names, of which I've picked the two that may be most common.
